Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where you may be unable to fulfill your requested reservation. Your package can be cancelled at any time within 48 hours of the purchase date for no additional fee.

All cancellations made outside of the initial 48 hours of booking will receive a credit with Dream2Travel to apply towards a future vacation; no monetary refund is available after the 48 hour cancellation period. The available credit is valid to use for travel up to 12 months after your original booking date. After 12 months from the original booking dates the travel credit can no longer be used.

You may make changes to your reservation without a penalty if your change request is received at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 14 days of your scheduled arrival may incur a cancellation fee. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability

All change request and cancelations must be submitted by email to reservations@dream2Travel.com
